GARDEN & DECKING TERRACE

WE TRANSFORMED A HUGE BARE TERRACE AREA INTO A 'NEW YORK' STYLE BALCONY AND GARDEN.
Clear Water were tasked with adding the 'wow' factor to this superb apartment location in the very heart of Dubai's Media City.
Our gardening team recently completed a transformation of a huge 110 metre sq. bare terrace area. The task was to make a 'New York' style loft garden overlooking Media City in the prestigious Marina Arcade Tower building.
The whole project was completed in just over two months and included raised PVC decking with sunken lawns of artificial grass and planter boxes surrounding the perimeter to give privacy and greenery to look out upon. We also built a raised 'SunSpot' area with decking spotlights and LED lighting around the steps and underneath to light the decking.
A full self timed irrigation system was installed along with a storage shed to store garden furniture and the water pump, giving complete control and a low maintenance solution to keeping care of the plants.
